The Rooms:

Deane's hotel / motel offers affordable Yachats lodging.  We have 2 sections of Oceanview rooms.  One is stricty pet free and the other is pet friendly.   We also have non Oceanview rooms that are pet friendly.  Deane's is a classic motel located just North of Yachats, OR.  Deane's is newly renovated although you won't find a modern "look" at Deane's.  We've worked hard to maintain the original charm by blending old fashioned vintage features with the amenities of a modern hotel.   So if you are looking for a unique, relaxing and simple experience, then Deane's Oceanfront Lodge is your place! Yachats is a quaint town with a lot of activities and is located between Newport and Florence on the central Oregon Coast.

Deane's is ideal for romantic couple's retreats, family getaways or those just looking for some relaxation.  We are a family run motel with super clean rooms and great rates.  Our lobby has books, games, puzzles and DVDs that guests are welcome to borrow.  Most rooms have back doors leading out to a covered patio with chairs, picnic tables and BBQs.

We now have an event space that is perfect for medium to small gatherings.  This area has multiple tables, chairs and a big screen TV.  Please ask us for details on reserving the event space.

The Beach and the view

Come to our Yachats Oregon Motel for your beach getaway.  We have oceanfront rooms that look directly out to the ocean.  Deane's is located on 4 acres of Prime Oceanfront property.  Our lodge sits 225' from the edge of the beach where you will find 7 miles of secluded beach for your enjoyment.  From your Oceanview room you can see the waves, fishing boats and wonderful sunsets. Beach access is just out your back door of the Oceanview rooms and along our path to the stairs.

Pet friendly rooms available

Pets are warmly welcomed in selected rooms.  Please, no pets may be left unattended in the rooms and must remain on leash while on Deane's property.
